Francis is a highly experienced finance professional with over 25+ years’ experience working across various industries, from a Global plc through to privately owned businesses in Ireland and the UK. He is a senior transaction-focused advisor and partner, specialising in delivering clarity, confidence, and peace of mind across complex transactions, strategic projects, and financial decisions.
Francis holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin, a Master of Accounting from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland. Francis is also a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FCA).
